Really pleased - Harts emailed me to check which day was best for delivery and it arrived on the right day - the only negative was that the delivery driver did not call as promised half hour to an hour beforehand but luckily I was in. Simple to put together, about an hour, just missing a washer. Looks really nice and more expensive than it was, which is always a plus in my book! Cushions are wipe clean, I was worried about them being cream but seems ok, and I think it'd be easy to replace with darker ones if needed. Impressed that for once I have bought something that arrived on time and looks great and good quality. Hoping the sunny weather continues, and I can highly recommend this set.

100% highly recommended, easy to assemble on you own took me about an hour an half. Great customer service, had a phone call from Harts to arrange delivery date, everything was explained on what to expect on arrival e.g arriving on a pallet, 3 large boxes, check item before signing, if any damage take photos.Day of delivery - Received a phone call late afternoon from the company they use to deliver to say that they were unable to deliver due to the truck breaking down & was being escorted back to depot. But was arranged to be delivered the next day.Day of arrival - arrived on pallet as cexpected but boxes were damaged, took photos as explained previously. Luckily no damage to furniture upon opening boxes, everything was perfect.So all in all I'm very happy with purchase and would most definitely recommend this garden furniture to anyone, the price is really good for a 9 piece compared to what b&q and other places are charging for a 4 piece, the cushions are comfy and what's even better it comes with a free rain cover.

Luckily the item was well packaged on a pallet as 2 out of 3 out boxes were damaged. Putting the seats together was not easy. We bolted the back of the seat to the back of the chair first but had difficulty inserting bolts in the side as they were at a slight angle and binding on the edge of the hole they were meant to go through. By leaning heavily on the seat and tightening the back bolt so they compressed the rattan slightly we were able to get the side bolts done up. The chairs now feel very solid. I am not keen on the way the glass top fits. The top on the table is rattan with 4 suckers pushed through it. These are all that hold the glass on top. I don't think the suckers will last long in the sunlight and it is not a very positive way of holding a sheet of glass.

Lovely rattan 9 piece set. Easy to assemble. Very comfortable and looks lovely. Fits easily into a cube with water proof cover when raining. Great service, kept me informed by email of delivery date.

Received this just before Christmas and it has sat in the garage waiting better weather. Put it together last week and found that the set is really high in quality with the exception of the bolts fastening it together. The heads on these strip with the supplied Allen Key before they are completed tight. I just hope they are tight enough that the seats don't collapse when in use!

I liked everything , with Harts outdoor cube set I brought the black with cream cushions ,the delivery on time , the way it was all packed , very easy to assemble , good value for money , and most of all looks fabulous , thankyou Harts

As with most reviews we are delighted with this set. We'd looked at a few cube dining sets but I went purely on the reviews this got and glad I did. To start with it comes in 3 boxes which the driver would have taken into our back garden but the boxes are on a pallet and as access is only a gates width I wouldn't expect him to unpack and lug it through. I did it by myself but you may need 2 people but the important part is all 3 boxes go through a gate. Again I assemble by myself which took around 2hrs but you might need 2 particularly with the table. Easy to assemble though and very good quality. We look forward to many get togethers in comfort.

We bought the black one; excellent quality, looks classy, easy to assemble, very neat and compact when tidied away, and the waterproof cover is fantastic too. Delivery was very speedy and the driver very friendly and helpful with carrying the heavy boxes through to the garden.
