We bought this phone as a gift for my sister, & it said it’s unlocked.. but it’s not. & its getting to be quite a pain to get this all unraveled.

718-998-1353 is the # to who's selling this phone she didn't know the answers to any of my questions pertaining to the phone or even answer to question to what's in the ad description. She was very rude inpatient and frustrated because she couldn't answer my question. She told me to buy the phone and all the info i need would come with it! She started telling lies/guessing at the answers. When a consumer can't ask simple questions pertaining to the ad description such as who is the original carrier, or what is the ED bundle or what does CPS warranty mean, and you cant answer simple questions then you do not need to be trying to sell anything.Every one of my questions were something related to their ad. I even gave a scenario " you don't go to a car lot and purchase a car and then ask if it runs, how many miles are on it or who will my warranty be with after you purchase it. You ask those question to determine whether or not it's worth you purchasing, She got even more upset after the scenario, so I told her i was going to leave a review about her attitude and the NON-knowledge she had about the items she was selling. My advise, don't buy items from people who isn't knowledgeable about their own item or what they are selling, and DO NOT purchase from RUDE sellers.
