Great Concept - Bad Quality
The media could not be loaded. Okay here’s the best and worst thing about this toy!The best is my English Bulldog LOVES it! She can’t go to doggie daycare because she overheats easily and this toy has really helped address her boredom. It’s literally the only toy that keeps her engaged and wears her out without me having to do anything. After 10 minutes of chasing this thing she’s exhausted and ready for a nap.She also has another type of interactive ball toy that does the same thing, but likes this one better because it has the plush cover which makes it easy for her to pick up/toss around (see video).The WORST thing about this toy is: the plush covers aren’t dog tough and tear very easily which is probably why they include two. Any-who, my bully ripped the ears off within minutes - keep in mind she wasn’t sitting there chewing it. She just picks it up and tosses it and after a few times of that action the ears were off and white stuffing was all over the floor. Unfortunately, I don’t know how to sew so once they’re torn it’s a wrap.The second problem is the Velcro closure on the back doesn’t secure the inserted ball very well so once that pops out it’s easy to break the on/off tabs. Mine still works but it’s something to watch for so your dog doesn’t swallow it. Oh, and it’s not just this toy because I bought 2 of these (1 from a different manufacturer but made exactly the same) and both did the exact same thing - plush covers are easy to tear; the Velcro doesn’t secure the inserted ball; the on/off tab breaks once it pops out/bounces on the floor.As for changing the batteries it’s not overly difficult once you know where the micro- sized screws are located - so keep up with them and that included screwdriver.Overall, this would be an AWESOME toy if designed better and in spite of it’s many design flaws it’s still her first draft pick for play-time.

My dog loves it!
The media could not be loaded. My dog loves it! Sometimes it takes a while for the toy to turn back on but there’s a button you can press in case shaking the toy doesn’t turn it on. The only down side is the vibrating ball comes out of the plush toy frequently. The strap doesn’t hold it in great. But regardless my dog loves it and it keeps him busy for a while so it was worth the money.

The toy is quite loud and definitely one you only want to give them for a short time, then put away.
I have two dogs, one loves this toy - the other is only interested because the first dog is. The toy comes with two covers that close with velcro- my boxer (who's not one that chews everything) pulled it off repeatedly until the velcro would no longer stick. The actual toy is hard plastic and without a cover, it bounces all over the floor and bangs into everything. I put it in an old sock, which works just fine.

Fun
My dog loves the toy. It was his xmas present. Pretty durable. Glad it came with 2 plushies cuz he wore out the 1st one after 2 mo. Batteries need to be changed often & the auto on sometimes gets stuck so you have to manually push. Definitely a toy we will keep purchasing.

Motor jammed, lasted less than 5 minutes
Lasted almost 5 minutes, then the motor quit working. Installed new batteries, it started to work then it stopped, it's like the motor was jammed. This is the fourth one I have purchased each one from a different seller, my grand puppies love them but they tear up covers. This is the first time I am disappointed in this product.Updated review : Raised to three stars due to good customer service. They back their product. After I notified OAKZIP about receiving a defective dog toy they made a full refund..Good job....

Good not Great
It is a neat toy. I wish the sound was more happy sounding. It sounds a little like a crying dog. My dog loves toys that talk. I was hoping this would have more sounds than one that sounds upset. Great idea... just change the sound to something more fun/happy. I bought one for my daughters dog too. She likes it but after a few min of interaction Gracie seems stress... kind of like the toy needs comforting.

My dog loves this toy
As the title states....my little Shih Tzu loves this toy. Sometimes I take it out of the covering that it is in so that it can jump even more. She loves to play with it in the room I am in so sometimes dinner is a little noisy as is time for TV. I have to take it away from her then because it is just too noisy but a wonderful toy to play with.

Good Toy
It does what it says. Pretty good working toy but my dog was scared of it.
