Please be careful in ordering this . Heating is not appropriate. Even after changing the level to 9. I ordered it after reading other reviews , my guess is the one I got is defective . I already returned the item .

The product is not worth the price. The heat settings given in the product are not good. The pad doesn't heat properly and does not provide good pain relief.
