Nice!
Ikigai theory is all fine and dandy, but this book actually lets you understand the theory and makes you work. It has very confronting questions that you should answer, I found it pretty hard. It's like a puzzle book that you write in, so order a few copies and give as presents to your friends. No sharing!

I though it was the actual book but it is good as well
I thought I was buying the original book but never mind, it was good too

Fun exploration and useful exercises
Enjoying this journal, however would have given 5 stars if only it had more practical guidance and exercises to tie together the different sections and help the reader hone in on a singular purpose.

Promises much and delivers little
The back cover information states "more than 120 pages of thoughtful questions, creative exercises and little inspirations...". Basically, the vast majority of the book consists of a double page spread with one entire page containing a few lines of a quote, and then a brief piece of prose proposing a question or two on the facing page. Hardly "a workbook". The paper is of such poor quality you can actually see the print ink of the overleaf page through it. So, again, hardly suitable for writing in which is implied by the term "workbook". You will also be charged over £2.50 to return this item if you are as disappointed with it as I am. Overall, the content and quality are poor given what is implied by the promotional blurb on the back cover.
