Very nice potent extract, this is the green type of extract, not the brown. So it;s higher in nutrients but lower in antioxidants than the brown type. I like the green best, get more energy from it. However, it;s bad if you have underactive thyroid, so i can;t use it, except occasionally but not frequently,

Began taking Moringa after watching several online reels. I do feel it helps me but couldn't say for sure that it does. I was buying the moringa supplement from the company pushed on the reels but found this alternative. Looks like same capsules with green powder inside. This bottle lasts longer than the other moringa supplement I have bought and have repurchased this instead of the other company's moringa.

i probably should give one star - however - i really don't judging supplements because i'm OLD and just because they don't appear to do anything for ME, doesn't mean they won't for anyone younger. i've already taken almost all of them - daily of course - haven't noticed any difference at all - ALTHOUGH - one has to remember - best to purchase ANY supplement from a reputable company, because i've read some of these 'products' have a considerable amount of talc and baking soda, and i don't want to pay as much as these places charge for talc or baking soda. i'll try Moringa again when the rest of these are gone - probably from "pure" if they have them, or at least "NOW" brand. everybody just needs to be careful when buying supplements.
