Yes, if You mean what I think.It is designed just like previous Spiderman games on PS2/1. Theres the primary game 'missions' that develope a story within the city. You go throughout city to engage the primary mission locations or go around fighting misc crime - the misc crimes affect a popularity meter, if red the cops go after you and people make negative comments and if blue no cops and positive comments. After game mission story is complete you can just keep going with the standard city crimes.
