Bargain flagship
other than the 720p non- amoled screen, the phone performs excellently. fast, doesn't drain battery ( give it a day or so of use to break-into your usage pattern) , and the screen could be upgraded but then it would cost much more. comes with case and glass screen protector, so you don't really need to buy anything else. i also have their mini computer, and the 2 yr warranty gives you peace of mind. more frequent security and android updates would be wise on their part. sound is stereo and speakers are top notch.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This phone from an unknown manufacturer. Wow, thats all I can say. Um, I'm blown away. The amount of resources and features that this phone has and the technology. That they've popped inside of it at this price point I am flabbergasted, I can't believe all of this for that price had this been one of our top 3 easily a $1500 phone I do take issue with the custom. O s, but hey, if that's the least in my worries, it's still a 5 for me

Waste of money
Worked fine for a couple weeks then started slowing down, screen freezing, jumping from keyboard before I could type anything. Also it was never mentioned that it might have functions that did not work with T-Mobile but when setting up it alerted me. Not a good idea. I replaced within 2 weeks.

Issues with the GPS
I use my phone to deliver orders and I have to use the Spark app so I need my GPS to deliver my orders but the GPS signal keeps going out. I have tired just about everything to fix the issue can you please help me with this problem. I love that the camera works good I am able to scan the barcode and the QR code. If I dont get this problem fixed I will be returning this

best value for a 5g phone by miles.
You can't beat the value of the Shark line. I moved from a Shark 8 to this 9. The display is lower resolution and while it says 24GB of ram it is really the same 8GB (but more "virtual" ram). This isn't a knock on the phone, just be aware of the specs when buying.
