The media could not be loaded. I didn’t expect much from this and figured it would only kind of work as a humidifier/defuser and that was fine with me because it looked cool. This thing actually works and blows like Os of vapor. The videos might have been slightly exaggerated with fog but it does work pretty well.

Bought this for my fiancé. He took it out of the box read instructions put water in it, plugged it in it lit up for a second and he tried to turn it on and it would not do anything. The other timer button or whatever was already pushed in all the way, broken and defective. I've tried to report it so I could return it and after I put all the information in for some reason it won't let me hit continue, this is the second product I've tried to return

Works great . Downside is telling what setting it is on for timer part

Doesn't have a plug to power it. So if it doesn't work properly, make sure it has enough power plug. Otherwise it works great. We had issues until figured it was the plug. That's why 3 stars.

Neat little diffuser. Does do the cannon blasts as long as you don't have too many fans going. Fun little thing for the money

Shipping time was a lie and terrible. Had to buy a second one because the first got lost and then the second took over a month also. Smoke rings don't go very far. The colors are nice though.
