I’ve been using it along with some other supplements and they work wonders, I feel lighter and less sugar cravings and fuller faster. Have to be consistent though!

Works great, most days I take one pill in the morning and I feel way less sugar cravings then I would without the pill. Size of pill is great, easy to swallow, no side effects for me but everyone is different!

Everyone. I am a sugar junkie. I have eaten whole bags of marshmallows in one sitting. Peach gummy rings? Gone by the time I get home. I would drink maple syrup if I could. I started taking this.... And I **cannot** under **any circumstance** say this was the reason... But... In the time after I began taking this, I began to crave sugar less and less. Now I am uninterested in sweets. I'll have a turnover or a muffin still, but I can eat one cookie and be satisfied. I'm needing less caffeine, I'm less dog tired after work (I work 4am as a bread baker) and my moods are more even. I've lost about 5 pounds which is a nice side effect but I'm more psyched for the reduced risk of various diseases. Look. I am not saying this is why I'm feeling better. It could be any number of things. But I'm definitely going to keep taking it. May the odds be ever in your favor.

It’s been a week solid since taking this and I noticed after day 2 how my overall appetite and sugar crave has decreased a lot DURING THE DAY only. It’s been 2 months of my low calorie diet so I can’t attest that this pill is the main factor. The way I take it is right after my first meal which is around 12-1pm cus it says to take it w a meal, and one pill a day. It doesn’t say to not exceed more than 1 pill a day or anything but I won’t up that dosage cus I’m not trying to build a tolerance or dependency. It doesn’t sway my mood or heart rate at all which is a huge relief as I’m very sensitive to even caffeine in regular coffee and tea. I can definitely say it makes you fuller faster, eat less, and go longer between meals easier and I’m a mass eater who also eats way too much sugar as well out of boredom. This pill is not some snake oil, but actually cut straight thru my adrenaline based hunger. I’ve decided to change my strategy and take this later on in the day like late lunch so it will last me the whole day AND NIGHT.

Take 1 with a meal as directed and seems to be working. I don’t crave snacks during the day. Easy to swallow with no weird taste.

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Chromium Picolinate for a few weeks to support metabolism, and while I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes, it seems to help slightly with cravings and blood sugar balance. I’m giving it 3 stars because the effects are subtle and take time to notice. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the product is reasonably priced, but it’s not a miracle supplement. Worth trying if you want a gentle boost, but don’t expect immediate results.

My sugar cravings are almost non existent. I’ve had and have a problem with binge eating and also, wanting something sweet after every meal, but this has helped so much. Idk how it works but it’s working for me and it only took a few days to take effect.

When will it be available? Please sell soon it is great. I had used it 10yrs ago but now I did not receive my order, Aus Post kept it in post office said I need to sign for it and when I reached there after some days they had already returned to the sender.
