I received this product march 12 and started taking one daily every morning since march 13 it is now march 23rd and I have lost 8 lbs!!!!!!! Holy crap I was an all day snacker and it has completely stopped my food noise!!!!! I actually have to remember to make myself drink water and I love water, I go hours without thinking of any food or drinks at all and have to almost force myself to eat when I do, I’m moderately active as I am a hospice nurse I only do house chores type of moving at work & little to no exercise, this supplement has definitely been a blessing I’m excited to see how much more I can lose!!!!!!!

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks, and I can definitely tell a difference. I don’t crave sweets as much, and I feel more balanced throughout the day instead of having those random sugar crashes. stopped taking birth control & gained some weight I didn’t like, always felt boated. even bought kourtney kardashian lemme debloat brand for $30 doesn’t compare to this for SOO much cheaper. 2 days after I started taking this I felt a difference. been about a week taking it at the same time everyday down 1.5 lbs. will continue to take this!!!

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Chromium Picolinate for a few weeks to support metabolism, and while I haven’t noticed any dramatic changes, it seems to help slightly with cravings and blood sugar balance. I’m giving it 3 stars because the effects are subtle and take time to notice. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the product is reasonably priced, but it’s not a miracle supplement. Worth trying if you want a gentle boost, but don’t expect immediate results.

I’ve been using it along with some other supplements and they work wonders, I feel lighter and less sugar cravings and fuller faster. Have to be consistent though!
