Let me tell you! This is worth the penny! You can wear this around the house when you’re cleaning up moving around a lot and you will sweat! Or when your working out or go walking/running! It works and you can add vaporub while you wear this to increase sweating but you don’t have to! It’s not tight it’s comfortable and the quality is amazing!

It gets the job done. I wear it and when I'm done I lay it fat to dry and wipe the sweat off.

The product is sturdy best waist trainer I have bought so far regarding the design. I haven't had it too long so if there are any changes I will update my review. I would give it 5 stats but I found it was itchy on my skin the first and second wear so I use saran wrap to wrap my tummy then I use the waist trainer , so far that has solved the problem.

I bought this to help my back pain when I walk. If I walk long distances I have upper back pain....this has helped a lot. Love that you can adjust it based on your size. Highly recommend.

Had one a few years ago and loved it but lost the gym motivation. Just got back into working out so I bought a new one & works just as good as I remember!

It really makes you sweat, even if you're not working out. I use it around the house doing chores and it really helps me sweat.
