Great book with a lot of great recipes for those on a budget. This is a great way to help offset current food costs

The book was easy to download and I like I can set sticky notes on my Kindel for what family members like to add more of.The recipes were easy to follow and the ingredients are always easy to find, no specialty store trips needed.Overall a great book for families who enjoy food with flavour and variety but need to cut back on the food budget.

A wonderfully crafted blend of both cooking and history that brings you into a time of American history when life was both simple and hard. Full of amazing recipes worth the buy for sure!!!

I was hesitant to get this book at first, but the other reviews definitely got me to buy it and I could not be happier. The recipes were all straightforward and easy to follow. They are flavorful, easy on the wallet, and have become staples in my kitchen. I cannot recommend this more especially for those of us on a budget.
