Death Wish Coffee, Single Serve Coffee - 10 Each of Medium, Dark, and Espresso Roast - Mixed Roast Variety Pack

I recently tried the Death Wish Coffee Co. Single Serve Coffee - Mixed Roast Variety Pack, and it has quickly become my go-to coffee for that much-needed caffeine boost! This variety pack offers an excellent selection of flavors and strengths. Pros: Strong caffeine kick: True to its name, Death Wish Coffee delivers a serious jolt of caffeine. It’s perfect for those mornings when I need an extra push to get going. Variety of flavors: The pack includes medium, dark, and espresso roasts, which is fantastic for catering to different moods and preferences. Each roast has its own unique taste profile, making it fun to switch things up. Convenient single-serve pods: The single-serve format is incredibly convenient for busy mornings or when I’m on the go. It brews quickly without sacrificing flavor. Rich and bold taste: Each cup is flavorful and robust. I appreciate that the coffee isn’t bitter and has a smooth finish, even in the stronger roasts. Cons: Not for everyone: The high caffeine content might not be suitable for those sensitive to caffeine. However, this is expected from a brand that specializes in strong coffee. Most coffee pods that I buy from the store have a slightly stale smell, and tend to taste slightly acidic. These pods do not taste this way, the coffee they produce tastes fresh, on par with freshly-ground quality beans. Even as much as I like the coffee, these pods are quite expensive. At the rate I bought them, $1 USD per pod, instead of the $0.50 per pod that is more common. I would like to see the price drop so that I can afford to have them more often, currently I grind my beans when I'm not in a rush. The dark roast flavor is my favorite, the espresso second, and the medium roast last. The espresso is almost creamy, it tastes great, but less like plain coffee than the dark roast. For this reason, I like the dark. The medium is too mild, but for most people that is fine.

This coffee tastes great! I’ve given the pods to others to try and they really enjoyed them. The flavor isn’t too strong or too weak — just right. I also love the variety of flavors and the caffeine content is good. Definitely a coffee I’d buy again.

This tastes like real coffee. I can actually taste the subtle notes of cherry and chocolate. I never buy flavored coffee, so I'm talking about substance. It's not strong enough to blow my head off, but it's perky (note: I love very strong coffee) enough. Truly recommend.

It would get a 5th star (and 4 1/2 is not an option) but it's still a pod and with pods there are some inconsistencies. This is just the nature of a pod system. The flavor is great regardless. Not bitter nor does it taste water downed even when it's not a perfect brew (I'm sure it may happen eventually but again I point blame at the system). The subtle flavor notes are there (especially with whole bean) My only nuance with Death Wish coffee is when I first open a bag of whole bean.. There is a bit of a chemical smell but does not seem to effect the flavor.. So I don't know if there is something added that would give their self proclaimed title of "worlds strongest coffee" because there is only 2 major coffee beans that are used.. So it comes down to freshness and brewing process... All in all I 100% recommend this over any SB cup. Just remember it's a pod/k-cup therfore very convenient yet with a sacrifice... And this is the case with any k-cup (regardless of brand and device). Death wish and BO are my goto choices but I have tried many.
