I didn’t not like this pan as it was very difficult to cook with. Dosa batter did spread beautifully, but got stuck to the pan. I messed with the temperatures but still didn’t work. Grilled bread and you can see the food scouring. Roti as well scours so not ideal to use. The size and pan quality are great. I followed all directions to not put water when hot and the pan still stained.
