Plus, by using Bluetooth 5.2 or a 3.5mm jack, you can also connect the headset to your phone or other consoles, respectively. When USB wireless dongle connection is lost or Bluetooth is not connected (either the computer is turned off or the USB wireless dongle is removed from the USB port), the headset will automatically turn off after 30 minutes. Connection, when turned on or off, will depend on if the device is a paired device or not.

Does this headset work with ps5 & xbox series x wirelessly using the dongles?

This headset could be connected to PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles through Bluetooth 5.2 or a 3.5mm jack.
