I think everything seems durable in general, but the design of the mount here could be a little more robust.I was pleasantly surprised by how well-designed the app is- many smart home apps are clunky, but this one is pretty nice and helpful. Before using the vacuum, I checked for firmware updates. Everything needed one, but the process was quick (under 3 minutes total). The only minor gripe? Luckily, the app lets you set no-go zones, so I blocked off problem areas (including the toilet- because gross).One Minor Issue: Threshold TroublesThe only real hiccup I’ve encountered is my kitchen threshold, which is slightly too high. The previous owners had carpet in the dining room, so the transition is steeper than needed for hard floors. Sometimes the robot clears it easily; other times it struggles or gives up. A firmware update that helps it remember tricky spots would be great, but in the meantime, I’ll probably replace the threshold with a gentler ramp.Overall, I’m really happy with this vacuum. It can reach more corner compared to bigger ones3. The app provide easy Smart Control and map is accurate4. I reported an error and the customer service told me I can upgrade firmware to fix it. This is good since we can get optimized route from updates5. Map detection is very accurate and easy to setup map to avoid trapping6. The most frequent used tool has built in storageCons:1. Mop feature is useless when u have carpet, it does not lift the mop, so I will never use it2. Installation is not as easy as the other ones, I wish plug and use, but acceptable since it’s all in one.Overall l, I am happy since I need an all in one near stairs so I can grab the vacuum for the carpet on stairs
