This was a nice cast iron biscuit pan. Heavy, seems to resist rust and I think is a good value for the money. I have had no problems with any sticking and the size of each circle is perfect biscuit size. I would purchase again.

Love the biscuit pan for biscuits, cornbread, crustless mini quiche. Like the rest of my cast iron cookware I preheat the pan and use the correct oil that won't stick. My gluten free biscuits fall out of the pan and cleanup takes just a couple of minutes. I can quickly make a second batch in the same pan. Love the crisp brown edges on my gluten free biscuits. I've been using this pan for over two years and it is like new. Don't buy if you don't know how to use cast iron for cooking. I take care of my cast iron and this pan is as good as my cast iron pans over a hundred years old.

Really disappointed that the “coating” on this cast iron pan came off on my child’s food! Never had any issues using cast iron with other brands. This was not an issue of scraping the pan either. The black part pictured on the food was off of the pan
