Question 2

My heated hose on my bipap machine says not to use anything to dry hose even a hairdryer.  Will it be okay to use or why not?

I used it to dry the ClimateLineAir Heated Tube and very thing else for my daughter's AirSense 10 Machines very week.  I soak everything in a big pot of vinegar solution for one hour, rinse them with filtered water, and put everything in the Hurricane CPAP Equipment Dryer for one hour.  The regular tap water in my area has a lot of deposits  The temperature of the hot air from the CPAP dryer is comparable to the medium setting of my Revlon® RV484 Ion 1875-Watt Hair Dryer.  The temperature of the fabric on the face mask right after drying is about the fresh dried towels from my LG laundry dryer, cozy but not hot.

Question 3

can i use it daily on my humidifier, tube, and nasal pillow without washing them, just to dry and sanitize, clean all the equipment once a week?

I use it daily to dry the tube, humidifier, and nasal pillow but I wash the humidifier and nasal pillow every morning. Those two items are pretty easy to clean and I figure it gives me the best chance of avoiding harmful growth of pathogens. I then just pop all three things in the dryer, set the timer and everything is ready for the night.

Question 4

I noticed my nasal pillows doesn't dry completely in the Hurricane even after 60 minutes.  Any tricks?

Might want to try soaking and washing the mask completely, then shaking off all the water possible, then assembling the headgear, then attaching the assembled mask to one end of the CPAP machine's hose, then attaching the other end of that hose to the Hurricane air-output tube,. Set the dry time to max, and let it run. Thus, you let the Hurricane run air all the way through your tubing and through your mask just as it does when attached to the CPAP machine. Everything dries beautifully and it appears, to me, to be the best way to get to every nook and cranny. If you simply cannot stand the idea of drying your gear assembled, I'd position those nasal pillows pointing straight downward, so you have the best possibility of gravity helping you out.
