At the time of ordering I was sceptical about if I’d made the right choice but this set is far better than I expected. The chairs are comfortable, cushions good quality, tidily tucks away in to the cube, table is generous size to actually seat at least 4 people comfortably. The parasol is good quality and winds up and down with ease.The parasol was meant to be black but I’ve received a graphite grey one which isn’t a major problem as it’s quite smart still. The parasol doesn’t come with a base so can be a little wobbly if there is a strong breeze.I’d buy again without a doubt and would certainly recommend to friends.

A brilliant well made and very comfortable set of patio furniture. Comes ready assembled and everything slots together for storage under the table and covers over with a black waterproof cloth that can be tightened at the bottom to keep secure. Cushions provided are fabulous and very thick with different sizes to fit either the slopping back of the chairs, the chair seats or the stools which we are using as footstools. It comes also with a parasol that fits securely down through the lovely glass top and rattan top underneath. Was ordered before the Lockdown but the delivery date I had ordered was just into it. However was delivered promptly on booked day. Has made Lockdown much more enjoyable for 2 oldies!!!!!

The product is excellent. Sturdy, good quality and look very nice together. All pieces come on their finished shape and do not require assembling. All units are packed nicely together.The only issue I had was the delivery driver left the pallet at the unloading ground. We do expect he would uploading the unit on the ground and take the pallet away. Quite troublesome for disposal at the end.

The table and chair set, is well made and comfy. And of-course neat and tidy ! The cushions are easily cleaned just wipe over with a damp cloth, to remove any food/drink spills. The umbrella is a little light so can lift a bit in stronger winds. But over all very pleased. We did have some scratch marks on the glass table top, made by the glass cutting machine. But after contacting Harts, they soon had new glass on order and replaced within a couple of weeks. They gave us a delivery time for the glass top, which was on a Sat lunch time. We had been out with the dogs,and were a few mins late. So we thought no-one had been, I emailed them on the Monday morning, They emailed back to say the driver had been, and as the gate wasn't locked to the back garden, he took the cover off,(which is of very high quality ) and replaced the glass,put the cover back on and took the old glass top away. WOW ! now that's brilliant service ! well done Harts ! and their driver. Will defiantly order from Harts again.

love our new garden furniture, very good quality and comfy . came all ready made, struggled to get through the house .(so make sure you measure to see if fits )love how it all folds away neat and tidy, and cover good purchase as protects from weather.

The table and chairs good quality and very comfortable. However the parasol is already broken one of the bars completely snapped. We have had the set for under a month.

Fantastic table and chair set at a great price. Chairs are very comfortable and solidly constructed. Have received plenty of compliments since I took delivery (Harts Trading service was excellent)Only slight niggle is hard plastic feet on the tables and chairs leave scratch marks on my slate patio, but these do wear out/clean off. A slightly softer foot would be preferable, but most likely not nearly as durable. Overall very satisfied and would happily recommend.

Lovely patio set. Ordered the black. All came ready assembled and delivered to drive outside. Packaged well and no faults or damaged parts. We did have to take out a fence panel to get it into the garden but that was our fault as we didn't think about how we would get it into the back garden up a small passageway! The parasol was cream to match the cushions although stated on Amazon as black parasol. Glad it wasn't as would have looked odd. However, would have preferred darker colour cushions although they do look as if the material is "wipe clean". Haven't had chance to use yet much as weather not brilliant, but is very easy to pull out chairs and stools and put away again quickly. Cover is very good quality and keeps it all under wraps and dry. Has rained a couple of times (not stormy weather) and is still bone dry underneath. Very pleased and hope it doesn't fade too much in the sun. Time will tell.
