Melt fast and smooth
Just got a fondue pot and these were great! I mixed them with some high quality milk chocolate chips and it was perfect!

Great for home use
I make fancy chocolates for the holidays with super fancy chocolate. Is this that? No. But it is tasty. Good, full, basic chocolate flavors in an easy to melt form. They even made the chips not too huge so they melt fast. Great for dipping basically anything at home, you'll be the hit of the party. Love that they come in a 3-pack assortment so there's a flavour for everyone. Use the last little bits to drizzle over the top of an already dipped pretzel or piece of fruit to make it extra fancy.

Tasty chocolate that's easy to cook with.
This came in the mail a couple of days ago and a couple of hours later, my daughter was making dipped pretzels, dipped pineapple, and dipped bananas. They were all delicious. This melts really nicely. We did it on the stove in a double boiler, but we could have done it in the microwave just as easily. The taste and texture, while not as fatty as my preferred chocolate, was quite tasty and perfect for the way we used it. The packaging is really convenient, and I loved the fact that the chocolate arrived to me in tact. It didn't melt, even in April in Florida!

Great candy melts
These are excellent for any candy melt applications. I always find the best way to melt them is just in a homemade double broiler with a Pyrex bowl suspended above a pot of boiling water but not touching it. It melts super quickly with no clumps and the flavor is very chocolatey. For me it's got a little bit too much sweetness in it but I think this is perfect for anyone trying to make like cake pops, chocolate-covered fruits, etc.
