PU-462 to (0.8mm) 8 pieces of open industrial 6 hole punch Mobile (japan import)

I rarely write reviews but this hole punch deserves a shout out. I (apparently) collect hole punches. As I find better ones, I discard old ones, so I have a set to quickly and conveniently satisfy my need to put holes in things. I've accidentally destroyed a dozen or more through hard use and high expectations. I needed a six hole DayRunner hole punch to make my own custom calendar refills. There were essentially two choices on the web, this one and another one that appeared to be made of plastic. I ordered this one because of the metal construction I could see in the photos, which looks like the surviving heavy duty hole punches that line my shelf. It arrived an hour ago. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I used some scrap paper to make some test punches to align the holes with my recycled cover. I had it perfect by the third test punch. I proceeded to punch all of my custom pages in less than five minutes. That brings me to the only complaint(s) I can make about this: 1) it could only punch about four pages at a time, but it does it really well. I would pay more for the ability to punch a greater quantity of pages at a time. Patience is virtuous, so I took my time and did a great job (pause to polish halo); and 2) even though I was only punching three or four pages at a time, one punch pin would stick in the down (punch) position - I could reach under the punch handle lever and nudge it and it would pop back up, releasing my paper. A quick spray of dry silicone lubricant should correct the sticky wicket. I'm storing it in the box it comes shipped in, with the plastic sleeve holding the punch closed in place to prevent the spring tension from tearing the box apart over time. A last sobering thought has just come to me: this hole punch will outlive me, it is that well made. While I'm still on earth I will enjoy every use of this delightful hole punch.

Impressive hole puncher in various paper sizes! All the punches are precise and clean. I created a template to place the hole punch onto and align all my papers to punch for various binder sizes. Shipping was not as long as they indicate which is always a good thing. Overall, very happy and now i can customizer my planner more efficiently.

It is a good hole punch for A5 inserts. The only flaw is that you can only punch a sheet or two at a timet

Works just OK. It does not go through lamination or several sheets of paper. If you are looking to punch one sheet at a time I'd recommend.

Great punch for planners. Three adjustable settings. I don't even line it up the way they recommend (just move to two adjustable sets of three punches up to the top for the top and bottom half) and it's still perfect for my personal Filofax.

It works for all size Filofaxes. It's a great punch and Worth every penny I paid. Better than the other one (R)

just opened it, tried to punch 6 pieces of normal paper (it says it does 8) and it's broken. paper won't even rip out.
