I don't have too many places on my dashboard that are completely flat, so was concerned this would not work very well. Just took it out for a test drive and happy to say it did not move. Smart phone screen bounced around a little bit, but the pad stayed in place. Works surprisingly well. I like the fact there's no adhesive or any residue that's left behind. Very easy to reposition. I believe this is made from silicone so it should hold up well to the heat as well. I'll update the review later, but for now I call this a five star product! Recommended!

Be advised does not work with Otterbox Defender Case. Phone leans forward since lip of Otter box extends past screen. In combo with slanting forward dash, couldn't see phone screen and had to return holder. Have to say it is a brilliantly designed product. It worked great with my husbands slim fitting case.

This is the final unit I am buying to use as a holder. I tried many. It is the easiest and most convenient holder. I don't even remove my phone from the wallet holder that is pretty thick.

Overall package and quality of the phone mount is of high quality. Had it tested today, and worked fine. Did not move around the dash even though the surface is uneven (speaker mesh located on dashboard.) The silicone /rubber has some weight to it. My phone fits fine. Pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.

I use this phone holder in my personal vehicle for my Galaxy Note 9. It really is one handed operation and holds my phone super tight in the dash of my 2017 Dodge Durango. Absolutely worth it so I bought one for my wife who loves it!
