I am a size 8 - 10 in women's tops and the large was small. But the top is stretchy so it's fine. The material is flimsy and does not hold it's shape well. After only one washing the seams are now at a strange angle. I just wear it under things for extra warmth, so it's fine. It is super soft and comfortable.
