The built-in high-capacity pump is incredibly convenient - it inflates the mattress in just a few minutes and allows you to easily adjust the firmness to your liking. The ComfortCoil Technology provides impressive support, and the double-height design makes it feel much more like a traditional bed than a typical air mattress. My guests consistently comment on how comfortable it is, and it holds air exceptionally well. What really earned this product a 5-star rating, however, was the customer service. They quickly replaced the mattress with no hassle, and the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The replacement arrived promptly, and I've had no issues since. We ordered this mattress after sleeping on one like it while staying with relatives. I actually slept better than in my own bed. The second time we slept on the new mattress, it would not hold the air overnight. We could not hear or find any leak but contacted the company through Amazon. No questions asked or waiting time, as we received a brand new mattress in a few days. We have not had the opportunity to use the new mattress yet but we feel that was great customer service.

Hands down the best air mattress I have ever owned, and I have had a few different ones over the years. Not only is this the best all around quality, but the client service is even better! This is a family owned business, and when my mattress did have an issue, they responded to my email within the hour, saying they would send me a new mattress. They also called me to make sure I was happy with that resolution. Really exceptional customer service! I recommend this product and this wonderful company!

I like the air mattress. Ours started leaking after a few months. Customer service was excellent and replaced it under warranty no problem.
