Most comfortable air mattress I have ever used. Easy to inflate and does not lose air like others I have tried. I was so pleased I gifted one to my mother and she agrees. Not meant for daily use, but great for when you have visitors staying for a few weeks and there are not enough beds. Unfortunately, mine developed a leak after 6 months, but the seller quickly sent a replacement when I called with my concern.

WE absolutely love this air mattress! So comfortable and so easy to operate! BUT, equally important and worth highlighting in bold is SOUND ASLEEP HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever encountered! An issue developed while under warranty. We left a text on the website which was replied to immediately, and within 24 hrs a new mattress was on the front doorstep! And in the busiest holiday week of the year. I call that above and beyond the call of duty! Highly recommend to one and all!

Sometimes things go wrong. That doesn't make it a bad product. But what makes it a great product is a company that stands behind it. After only minimal use our mattress started leaking. I called the company. They called me back. Verified the purchase and warranty and then they confirmed a new one could be sent. As you will see if you check Wirecutter, the product is still highly rated. Add to that great customer service and its a no brainer!

Such a great product, don't even know when to start. Noise level: 3/5 - pretty noisy but inflates quickly. Firmness: 5/5 - for an air mattress, you can find your perfect level of inflation. Easy to inflate: 5/5 - it's literally just a push of the button. Durability: pump it for 40-60 secs every night before sleeping and it will serve you great Packability: 5/5 - easy to move around Value for price: 4/5. Could be selling at a lower cost, but the ratio is still great.
