Fitness Republic Sculpting Body Balance bar Workout Fitness Stick | Padded Squat bar | Weight Lifting bar, Straight Weight bar

After reading that a couple of customers are using this weighted bar as their version of The FIRM's Sculpting stick, I had chosen to purchase one at 6 pounds for my The FIRM workout DVDs using their sculpting stick. But at the same time, I needed a new weighted bar to replace my old one, that is way too heavy. The weight and the color matches the Gymenist 3 pound walking dumbbells (which I also purchased from Amazon) (as their Twigs) and I have now my own version of The FIRM Sculpting Stick! I LOVE THIS BAR!

I bought this bar, the 10 pound version, on orders frommy chiropractor. a result of of hip osteoarthritis. I use it forsquats primarily and love it. after a few months of useI'm already on the verge of buying the same bar butgoing for a 15 or 20 pound version. it feels great on myhips and is building my thigh and butt muscles at the same time.who wouldn't like that?

After seeing a similar product in my employer's gym, i knew i had to have these in my home gym. What a great addition. The range of exercises that you can do with these are endless, yet they take up so little space. From what i can tell, these are well made. I see them getting a lot of use and lasting a long time.

I’ve recently had 2 shoulder replacements. I needed a heavier bar to do my exercises and this exercise bar is great. Wouldn’t want anything heavier than 6 lbs.

Nice Bars. I ordered them to add a little extra weight to my squats and lunges. They are nicely padded so they don't hurt my neck bones. Thank You!

That doesn't sound like much but these days, it means a lot. Things are not always what they claim to be. Not the case here. I've used it every day since I received it 10 days) and already see and feel the difference.

This bar is great for toning your arms its not too heavy so your able to move it with out any strain on your body it has an easy grip so theres no way the bar can slip out of your reach if u want to add a little zing to your work out i recommend using this bar for an additional toning aid.

This one piece of equipment has started me back to a life of health and wellness like no other.
