A nice fan for the price however putting it together was a nightmare! The base is meant to slot in place so it can stand but the slot hasn't been cut to fit so it was extremely difficult to fit together but was done eventually. Then the 4 screws on the base that you are meant to unscrew, one of them would not come out so I've had to leave it in. It does still work however there's faults that could be avoided!

Perfect for those hot days we have had recently, cheap and efficient without much issuesMy only problem is the fittings for the cage that protects the fan itselfThere are a small series of metal latches and at the very bottom is a single nut n bolt, the nut n bolt however are extremely small and incredibly finicky to actually fit.Due to how small they are and where they are positioned they are unable to be fitted efficiently and require very small work tools to ensure a true fit, I unable to manage the task had to resort to using the cable tie that held parts together as a makeshift fastening which while not intended use has worked none the less and has been true in holding it fine.

I have not had this for two years and its stopped working already..thats just disgusting!My last fan lasted over 4 years of continuous use. The supplier has told me they willnot cover the 2yr warranty under Eu law and i must contact the maker.. I am in the process of contacting the ombudsman with regards to this.

This fantastic Daewoo 16" Fan has been a great addition to my life. it is nice in design, light-weight to move and very importantly Silent. there is nothing worse than a fan that takes over the house. This can work silently in the background while you get on with other things. I absolutely " Love it" and would happily recommend it as a good purchase. Last week when we had the Mini heat wave in London, it came to my rescue. Very satisfied customer.

This must be one of the best fans I have ever purchased, it is on nearly 24 hours a day in the heat of the day. And it is on all night in my bedroom. It is so quite some time's I have to look to make sure that it is on.

The base is meant to slot in place to which it does eventually. you have to squeeze the middle of both pieces and slot them together, totally ridiculous. at first its like trying to get a square plug into a round hole.once achieved although all plastic and lightweight runs really well.

Fan very nice to look at. Good having different speed settings. I have it running over night and it is fairly quiet. No problems putting it together for me. Light weight, so easy to move. Not too large. A good height. My only fault is the cable is so short I have to use an extension lead on it, not ideal. Well worth the money.

Nice fan but rather flimsy plastic also one bolt was missing from the feet but luckily my husband had one lying around that fitted as did not want the hassle of sending it back!
