I have wanted one of these for a couple of years now. Never thought I would see it on Amazon. I am a follower of the awakening movement and diagrams make the most sense. The poster feels like thick, quality canvas paper and does not tear easily. When putting it on the wall, I thought I had torn it but didn’t. Whew! I made decide at a later time to frame it and place it on the wall but, for now, it is held up with tacks. Its colorful and useful. I also really like the size. The writing is clear, zero spelling errors and the print is large enough that I do not need my glasses to read it. This literally mentions holistic methods that I would never have known about otherwise. Its affordable and worth it!
