LANEIGE Neo Blurring Powder: Korean Oil-Control Compact with Pore Blurring, Smoothing Finish & Travel-Friendly, No-Spill Packaging

I was honestly so skeptical of this product! At 51, I need a powder that isn’t overly drying or too powdery, but still blurs imperfections, stays in place, and helps my makeup last throughout the day. I’ve tried at least 32 different powders, from high-end brands like Givenchy to affordable favorites like e.l.f. While I liked some of them, there was always a but. This is the first powder I can honestly say has no “but” for me! I’ve been using it for two weeks now, and I absolutely love how it performs. It keeps my makeup looking great without leaving my skin feeling overly dry or looking cakey. I truly can’t stress enough how much I enjoy this powder. After trying so many, I finally found one that checks all my boxes! If you’ve been struggling to find the right powder, this one is absolutely worth trying.

Pros: I have combination skin with a super oily T-zone, dry cheeks, and I'm both acne-prone and sensitive, so controlling oil without creating dryness has always been my struggle. I've been using Clean and Clear oil blotting sheets for years, then switched to Revlon's Ro Volcanic Rollerball and various blotting sheets, but when the LANEIGE Neo Blurring Powder came out, I knew I had to try it. The LANEIGE powder really does keep shine at bay. Sometimes I'm patting it in with the cushion and can barely tell if I'm getting any product on, but then I see an immediate difference when I apply it over my eyebrows—my skin becomes mattified instantly. The LANEIGE Neo Blurring Powder lasts forever. I've had it for quite some time and there's still product left, which is incredible. It's more convenient than oil blotting sheets and significantly more affordable since those sheets are getting really expensive. I genuinely love having this LANEIGE option in my routine. Cons: I'm not completely convinced the LANEIGE Neo Blurring Powder is truly non-comedogenic. There are times I do break out, and I'm uncertain whether it's from the LANEIGE powder itself or from reapplying too frequently throughout the day. The velvet puff needs to be washed often because it picks up so much from my skin in addition to the product itself, which adds an extra maintenance step to using the LANEIGE compact.

This is the most beautiful and effective blurring powder I have ever used. It is incredible how blurring it is. My pores, which are big, simply disappear when I apply this with the puff. Having said that, this is a product that has a few cons and a learning curve that are worth noting. It is meant to be oil controlling and hydrating, but if there is any bit of dry flaky skin on your face this is going to cling to it and really draw attention to it. As an older woman, I have to be careful about that. Also you really do need to apply this with the puff to get the blurring and pore erasing effect. I am used to using a huge powder brush to lightly set my makeup, and this product doesn't work right with that. It really has no effect when applied with the brush. It takes a little bit longer to use the puff and I have to be extra careful that I am not overapply, as that will leave too much of a white cast. Having said that, this is still the best powder I have found, and I think I may just invest in a larger puff in order to apply this more quickly. I would 100% recommend it.

Love this powder! It helps control oil and leaves my skin looking smooth and blurred without feeling too heavy. It’s great for keeping my makeup looking fresh throughout the day, especially for oily skin. Definitely worth it!

I really like this bluring powder. It leaves me shine free without looking overdone or like I’m caked with product. It has a very natural finish. This is the refill, so it’s not in a full container. It can still be used like this. I have mine in a drawer and it’s fine. Traveling with it would be annoying though. I love this powder. It doesn’t settle into lines either.

This does the job intended but for the price it is small and the way the powder comes out doesn’t work very well.

I loooove this powder. Don't be afraid just because is white. The formula is amazing, fragance free and makes my combo skin matte but not cakey or dry. And even with that has like a satin natural finish that I love. Helps to control oil during the day and I live in a tropical weather, but I don't need to re apply often, honestly like once during the whole day. It blurs my pores pretty good. Also the packaging is just perfect for having this in the bag with no mess (sometimes when the product is almost done is a little difficult to get the amount you want but, nothing too serious) and I LOVE that is refillable so you don't have to pay for the whole packaging again and that is enviroment friendly. Just get it, you won't regret it.

I’m not skilled with makeup, but this powder takes any unevenness, unnatural shine, or large stubborn pores and makes it all look seamless. Not only that, but it’s super easy to barely press the dispenser and you have enough to lightly tap on. Perfect for people who aren’t as experienced or want a subtle finish on the skin. One of the few reviews I’ve written, but I really like this product. PS, this is not for people who do that “baking” technique with powder. I recommend a light hand. Hope this is helpful.

When recommended this product by a friend, I was skeptical. It worked so well and has become a daily part of my routine. It magically blurs out the pores and gets rid of oil instantly. Would very much recommend this to be in everyone's make up bag.
