Major fan/noise problems with the laptop assembly
Bought this laptop in September 2026. I soon noticed that it had a lot of fan noise and ran at a high CPU temperature. I tried running on silent mode, but it didn't help. Ran diagnostics and got a message about a fan problem. But by the time I figured out the laptop was faulty, the return window had passed. Do not recommend buying from this vendor.

generally a great product, with a few drawbacks
This is generally a great product, but I have a few negative items to report: (1) I'm experiencing some glitches and cutouts in audio playback. (2) The keyboard contrast is quite low. (3) The color cycling of the keyboard backlighting is distracting; it would be better to have a single color that doesn't change. (4) In sleep mode, lights continually flash, draining the battery.
