Laundry Soda - Concentrated Laundry Detergent Powder - Bulk 1,100 Loads - Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable, Vegan, Hypoallergenic, Fragrance-Free, and Non-Toxic Formula

I love this product. Also the Oxygen Brightener they have. After having Covid I couldn’t breathe well, and needed to find a product that had no smell. I love the funky tin can I bought the first time I tried it. I had tried every ‘scent free’ brand I could, Tide, Purex, etc but was still struggling with a scent left behind that while not overwhelmingly noticeable, caused trouble with my breathing. This product did not! It left no scent, and I have never looked back. I bought the big pail because I have the lovely tin can to keep on top of my washer, so I just refill it. If you wonder what that means by the load - I have teenage twins, a husband that works in a metal shop and comes home with clothing covered in machine oil, one of my twins is studying to be a mechanic and has coveralls that are filthy by the time he gets home - everything comes out clean. I do use 2 tablespoons on our work clothes loads - but it works beautifully. I also have a puppy - who is constantly muddle, and soils the floor mats by our back door every few days - almost done potty training now - but we do at least 1, and often 2 or 3 loads a day. I bought this big bucket at the end of May last year and have more than 1/2 a bucket left. It has more than halved by laundry soap costs. Even better….once I stopped using laundry ‘pods’ and started using the powder, my front loading machine stopped smelling…mouldy. I could never stop that smell no matter how often we cleaned the filters and ran machine ‘cleaning” products. I suspect it was the gunk from the pods that created it, but it is amazing having a fresh clean machine ALL the time. This is a great product - I have used the oxygen brightener, and I also use the wool fabric softening balls. You won’t regret trying it.

Here's the deal, it's not worth it. According to Nellie's, one tablespoon equals a load of clothes. I submit that one tablespoon is not sufficient for a large load of clothes. We usually use around 3 tablespoons otherwise the clothes do not get fully cleaned. Taking this into account, we're actually paying double what we would by buying any other commercial, non-dye/scent liquid detergent. So while they say that you get 1100 loads out of the large bucket, in our case at least, were really only getting around 360 loads, which is significantly more expensive, as mentioned, than your average, commercial dye/scent free detergent. It's not worth it folks, it's an illusion just like everything else in this country.

Great product! Cleans clothes thoroughly! This bucket lasts a year for my family of 6 and we do daily loads of laundry.

This is such a good quality laundry soda. The bucket is heavy but the amount of loads is worth it. This is so easy to use-just a scoop per load. You can beat the price per load for a good quality, fragrance free, and clean detergent.

I’ve been using this stuff for years. It’s been wonderful. Quality never changes. And rinses clean in both the clothes and the wash lines.
