What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

I gave this heating pad 4 stars because it definitely does what it’s supposed to. I do really like it and it saved my life during what I like to call me “bye week” The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the heat timer. I completely understand why it’s there, it’s a safety feature meant to make sure you don’t burn yourself but personally I needed to click it back on quite a bit which annoyed me. Battery life is good, it lasted a lot. It’s also super easy to use. There are just a couple buttons and you can alternate between them. I really like the strap to wrap around my back because it’s comfortable and easy to wear so it stays in place. There’s also a really soft fabric on the part that actually heats giving more comfort. It’s not heavy or bulky at all so you can walk around with it and overall I would recommend.

Stopped working after a few uses and will not charge anymore! Love the product when it was charged it got really hot and could barely go over first setting.

My daughter uses this for cramps and is able to wear it under her clothes to school. Battery lasts about 3 hours so it wuld be better if it lasted longer to get her through more of her day. It seems to heat fine enough and quickly.

Love this heating pad for cramps so much. It gets extremely hot and I like how you can clip it to stay where you want it. It does lose charge rather fast but I don’t mind because it charges back up and it gets so warm.
