It’s happy without being haphazard. The “salad plates” (small dinner plates) have a lighter feel to them (more of what I associate with porcelain) relative to the larger 10.5” plates, which feel far more substantial (and more like what I associate with ceramic dinnerware). That is, the 10.5” dinner plates are not only larger in diameter, but feel thicker and heavier as well.I will say, I find the 8.5” plates a nice size for my everyday dinner, while I would definitely have the 10.5” out to pile on Thanksgiving helpings. I think that’s just a personal preference, but the 8.5” are definitely larger than your standard appetizer or dessert plate in case you are trying to determine which will fit your needs.Both sets of plates are clearly from the same line, and are fun to serve together. I’m just thrilled they’re microwave safe, and I know anyone with a lot on their plates are going to be happy these can go safely into the dishwasher.I really enjoy my dinnerware feeling eclectic and playful, but cohesive. It’s an adult’s dinnerware, not a hodgepodge of odds-and-ends in a starter apartment.Note: 6th picture includes has the 8.5" vintage blue dishes plated on top of the 10.5" assorted color dishes for a comparison of the size.

Plates Set is both functional and cute. The size is perfect for serving meals, and the plates are surprisingly lightweight, making them easy to handle. The beautiful and cute pattern adds a nice touch to any table setting.I’ve put them in the dishwasher multiple times with no issues—definitely dishwasher safe. The scratch-resistant feature holds true as well, even with frequent use.

These are fantastic. They have literally made me clean out my dishes and get new ones to go with these. I love the patterns. They are a nice heavy ceramic - but not too bulky. They feel like they will hold up quite well through the years. I use them almost daily and wash them in the dishwasher after each use. They still look perfect. They don't get scalding hot like other dishes do when you put them in the microwave. These are pretty and useful which is one of my favorite combinations. I have them in my cart right now so I can double up. Love them. Do no hesitate to get these!

If your table is in need of color, this set of salad plates will do it! I love the graphical patterns in bright hues. These are dishwasher safe and not easily breakable. The only minor quibble I have is the green one. The patterning on the green one is not as vibrant as the others and looks like spider webs. Still, I love 5 out of 6 of them!

Perfect accessory plates—I love them! I got these because they match a set of Ramon bowels I have, and I like using them together. They are thicker and have a good heft to them. The quality of the set I got is flawless. I get a lot of compliments using them when guests are over.

I was looking for attractive plates to display on shelves in my kitchen that has blue accents. These plates are perfect, the designs are stunning and I like that they are all different. They are a great size for such or desserts. The ceramic is of a nice thickness, the designs are beautiful, the glaze is durable and survives the dishwasher perfectly.

We always seem to be running short on smaller plates and end up using full size plates for lunch or snack. We were looking for some fun, pretty lunch or salad plates and these are perfect. They also look nice with our dinner plates. We entertain outdoors frequently and we have multicolored trays and accessories, so these will fit in well. They seem solid, and look fantastic.
