scooter works great, plenty of speed and battery life. Easy to assemble and fold down for transport.

Defective scooter and terrible return process
Scooter arrived with e10 error when attempting to use it. Defective product. Contacted support and placed in an endless loop and then hung up. Started return policy only to find out we are expecting to pay for the return shipping. Terrible service, will update if something changes.

This thing is awesome! Kid has one (different brand), so I got one to ride along with him. He now wants mine, but I am to large to ride his. Works great, easy to use and figure out. Great product!

Scooter Faulty and Will Not Start Less than 3 Month of Purchase
I had the scooter less than 3 months. It will not power ON! I reached out to tech support! Maybe an update later once I get resolution. It's faulty and I'm not sure of the manufacture warranty!

My daughter loved it. Really nice build quality. Easy to fold up and put up. Scooter weight is very manageable and has very nice speed and acceleration
