If I forget to take these I really know about it. If you're pregnant these are the best by far. I've taken other brands with previous pregnancies and not felt any difference.

They are quite large and can be difficult to swallow, especially if you are someone who struggles with tablets. They are also not particularly pleasant tasting if they linger in your mouth a bit too long. Personally, I would prefer smaller tablets even if it meant taking more of them, but I have not found an alternative like that. The capsule has to be taken whole, and while the larger tablet can be split, it is quite hard to do by hand so you may need a pill splitter. Overall, a really good option if you have specific dietary requirements and want something reliable, just be aware of the tablet size.

A good range of supplements for pregnancy. These are on the bigger side but are easy to swallow no nasty aftertaste. Hard to say how effective they are.
