So I got this hose back in July, and at first I loved it. Its very light, has the range I need and was super convenient. Unfortunately after a little over a month of use, the hose did spring several leaks from it dragging itself across the ground (I assume) With it being as light as it is, we did not keep it outside when not in use, since it was easy to store, and we were not particularly rough with it.Overall was nice while it lasted. Just wish it lasted longer. Will update when I contact the manufacturer.EDIT:I contacted the manufacturer directly after this review and still haven't heard back from them I can only assume they either ignored the message or didn't receive it. Either way, I dont see my issue being fixed anytime soon so I have reduced the rating from 2 to 1 star. Which is unfortunate.

If you have no concrete sidewalks or patios where this hose will be dragged across, it may be okay. After two uses, the cloth outer cover is already fraying, Suspect after a couple seasons, it will look like you got it at the thrift shop. Additionally, not sure I would say it is 100 ft. At full length, it is like trying to water while holding a stretched rubber band. Not comfortable when you have to water more than 75 ft away from spiggot. I would not buy again nor do I recommend for normal everyday use.

Bought one last year and it was great but we had a hard freeze before it was put away for the winter and a piece of the brass fitting broke - our fault. Bought another one 5 weeks ago and it's defective - it developed a very small hole in the fabric in this short amount of time. My complaint is that, first, it's no longer available and second, Amazon says it's past the return time. 30 days for a $50 hose is not long enough to warranty a garden hose. They should at least offer a gift card since they can't get the product anymore. (The good news is that my husband was able to piece together last year's hose with this year's, so I still have one that works.)

Hose is cheap. It's already leaking at the connector after just a few uses. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend and I would not buy again.

I love this hose! Watering the lawn and my plants is no longer a burden. This hose is easy to maneuver and store. After watering, you turn off the faucet, drain the hose and it retracts and becomes much lighter. Now that I have a positive experience using this type of hose, I will never go back to a conventional rubber one again.

I bought this hose July 2018 and it worked great for the first summer. The summer of 2019 it sprung a leak in the middle of the hose. I would think any product you purchase should last more than a year, especially since the summer season in NJ lasts only 4 months when you would be actually using a hose. So, 4 months of use in 2018 and 3 months of use in 2019, equals 7 months. Okay, let me rephrase that. This hose stinks!! Didn't even last a year.

I’ve had this hose for 3 months now. It coils up nicely on the hose rack since it is only 15-20ft long when the water spigot is off but extends to 100ft once you turn the water on!I like to take care of things that I own but sometimes the hose drags across the concrete deck when I’m watering plants on the other side of the yard and there is still no wear and tear or fraying after 3months of daily use. The length also comes in handy for projects on the roof or washing a vehicle.
