Been on the menopause ‘journey’ for close to two years now and have to say that I am coping fairly well with mild symptoms, who knows what hangs around the corner so, for now, I just get by day to day hoping it continues this way. My main symptoms are irritability and low mood, lower back pain, joint pain, and bloating. I downloaded the Health and Her App which I think could be useful It offers insights, goals and plans & relaxation technique audio which is set at your pace & so much more. This App is a nice touch, and you feel like you have a quality product at hand.. I received the Day and Night Bundle for review. Both bottles are so nicely packaged and presented. The bottles are sealed, transparent and on both the bottles and the outer packaging you have the full list of ingredients. The day capsules designed to support hormone regulation, energy, psychological function, cognitive function, skin hair and nails, testosterone levels, bones, blood sugar levels and immunity. With ingredients including red clover and evening primrose oil. Suggestion is to take 2 capsules daily with breakfast and 1 with lunch. Sleep capsules ingredients include lavender, chamomile, safe and sour cherries. One of my favourite ingredients is Ashwagandha root extract which is a vitamin we have been taking for a couple of months now and have noticed such a huge difference in the stress in our lives. Although there is only 10mg per capsule I believe with the contribution of the other ingredients they all work together to form a highly concentrated cocktail of support. This bundle is for one month supply 30 capsules for ‘sleep’ and 60 capsules for ‘day’. Not a magic capsule that works immediately but they do help to support the symptoms and I have definitely noticed a difference especially in my mood, which is less heightened/calmer, my energy up and my sleep sounder, I find them easy enough to swallow without much of an after taste or side effects. Personally Ive had great success with red clover and I was excited to see it on the list. The night time blend is also terrific. I found it easy to drift off. Often my sleep is disturbed by night sweats or those horrible palpitations. This seems to help. They recommend you take the day blend with breakfast and lunch. The night blend in the evening. The capsules are easy to swallow. The dual bundle is good value in my opinion. The support is great. The ingredients are good quality, vegan, and the carton and bottles are recyclable. It is made in the Uk. Would recommend.

This is a brand I am familiar with and it is good to see this set that has supplements for both day and night time. Both contain al the ingredients you expect in a supplement aimed at peri and menopausal women and the things that aid a more restful sleep. Ive never had a supplant aimed at both the symptoms of menopause and restul sleep in the one capsule so it will be interesting to note any improvements in my night time restlessness, which I have found the worst part of going through the change. Too early to say if the night time ones have had any benefit yet, but I know changes can be gradual so will update the review later if I notice a real change in my sleep wellbeing .

A great variety of vitamins and minerals to use when suffering from menopause symptoms I have two daughters who take different supplements for menopausal symptoms with many of the ingredients in these pills. These pills have been split into day and night so are easier to take in the morning and evening. I personally think they are a little pricey for a month's supply but if they really do what they are expected to suppose it is worth it.

I ordered these from my wife as she was talking about menopause symptoms the other day. She has decided not to take them at the present time as she is on prescribed medication for other issues, she also thinks she is more peri-menopausal. However as these have a best before date of May 2024 they won’t go to waste. Reading the box there appears to be lots of vitamins and natural products and they look like they cover a wide variety of menopause symptoms. The added extra of a jar of special ones to aid sleep is a good idea. The downside my wife said for her would be actually swallowing the pills as they are quite large and you have to take two daytime and one night version. Also at the current price of £35.99 for a months supply this does seem quite expensive at over £1 a day and we are not sure if the difference between a prescription cost and these pills is viable. Unfortunately we cannot say whether they have made a difference or not but I hope this review helps…
