Great stuff and easy to use so far I'm seeing some results but not used for long enough to show a physical appearance but I'll leave further updates with pictures within time so far I really recommend this item and seller is great

Bought these to exercise arthritic hands.Item shipped in the wrong box which is not ideal but delivered promptly. The varying degrees of resistance in the eggs is good and they allow for a variety of exercises. If I had to find a downside, they are perhaps a little large for small hands and the texture is not too pleasant. The expanders look good. They can be difficult to put on especially with long nails. They are too strong for me at present but allow for progress once my fingers and wrists are a little stronger from using the eggs.

I bought my set to help strengthen my grip and reduce injury to my forearms. They’re great to use whilst sat in front of the telly - and my tennis game has improved. My one year old loves the squishy eggs too!

the balls are very good, I'm still using them several years later. I found the rest to be useless poor quality, very hard to get my fingers in.

Bought for my mum as she isn't able to grip cutlery, cups etc properly anymore without her fingers cramping & locking after having botched surgery to remove a benign lump from her wrist in 2016. (Bigger & deeper than thought changed where the incision would be at last minute & damaged alot of nerves).Physiotherapist gave her some hand & wrist exercises which didn't help googled what might help & this popped up. She's been using the soft egg & finger stretch for a few days now & said she can feel the pull all the way into her shoulders. Her new physiotherapist said even only using it for a few days he can see the difference. Also she absolutely loves the finger massager thing.

My husband dislocated his thumb. Now that it is healing he wanted to exercise it to strengthen it. Ordered this set and he's really pleased with it. He has quite big hands but can still fit the finger stretchers on ok. Good quality set.

Great for rehab following stoke. Improves Co-ordination and strength. Comes with handy storage bag

i use this at work and at home.. so easy to just use it even when you are doing something else.soft,medium and hard.. thats a great idea, you dont have to buy them separatly..the only thing i would change is increase a bit the size of the eggs.. but overall im happy
