The Cons:Deceptive and false advertising showing 2 chargers, where I received only one.These are NOT "hearing aids", but simple sound amplifiers, so your expectations of performance should be based on that. Yes, they amplify sound - ALL sound, including background noise that would be minimized with real hearing aids.The Pros:Price, fit, and quality all seem good, based on only a few days use. If you need real hearing aids, you will be disappointed, but if you need just a bit of amplification, you may find these perfectly adequate. I find them helpful on their lowest setting, but even that takes some adjustment period on your part, as they do amp up EVERY noise, and create a slight echo effect.Summary:Well worth the money if this is truly all you need, but you do need to understand what these are, and more importantly, what they are NOT.

I had high hopes for this device when I ordered it. I can't hear movies in the theater or on television. I bought this item for that purpose. It seems well-designed, and the built-in batteries are rechargeable; for those reasons I give it three stars. Unfortunately, this device has not solved my problem. I may be one of the two out of three people who are destined to have no success with hearing devices I'm back to reading subtitles on DVD movies.

These did work but the sound was very tinny. Not bad for the price but the sound quality drove my 89yo mom crazy.EDIT---I returned these b/c it was not a good product for mom. I got the return authorization # and the money was refunded to my bank account EXTREMELY fast no questions asked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Great hearing amplifiers for the price! The sound amplification is excellent and the rechargeable batteries keep them working for many hours. The only improvement I would recommend is a bit better high frequency response. Love not having to replace batteries as you do with many other hearing aids. They remain in place on/in your ears without any problems.

Had high hopes! I'm sure there are folks that will use these hearing enhancers with satisfaction. However, I found them annoying because they amplify ALL sound. The only time I found them acceptable is when there was no background noise, which doesn't happen very often. I could not use them for watching TV or in restaurants. I tried adjusting the volume to reduce the noise, but then I couldn't hear the people I was talking to. The sound quality is bad also, very tinny. I guess that's why people spend thousands on real hearing aids...Amazon was prompt on issuing a refund.

It was a good quality product they were a gift to my aunt she had a old old model wich caused a lot of feedback and irritation in her ear and required daily batter changes this product almost brought her to tears when she put it on

I guess it is a good thing, but the lowest Setting is to loud for me

I recived 2 ampligiers, but just one charger... Anyways I hope the amplifiers work well!!!!
