I have a hard time finding cereal that will keep my blood sugar from spiking after breakfast. I decided to try this 4 pack of different flavors from Great Britain. I've tried 2 flavors so far and the taste is pretty good. The crunchy texture isn't quite the same as our crunchy cereals but close enough. They're little O's. The chocolate has plenty of good chocolate flavor. My morning spike is getting lower daily so this cereal is serving its purpose for me, and I'll be buying it again because I can't find any American equivalent cereal that tastes as good as this. I am very satisfied.

This stuff is so freaking good. I'm a cereal fiend, but trying to me more responsible about it. Ingredients and macros are definitely better than others, and the texture is on point. Stays suuuper crunchy even after being in whatever milk you choose for a bit, if that's what you're looking for. Repeated buyer here.

Overly crunchy in a stale, cracking rocks with your teeth sort of way. Little to no flavor outside of artificial sweetener aftertaste. This is too small of an amount for the price. The only upside is it doesn't get soggy.

FINALLY a low carb, high protein cereal that tastes good and didn’t give me a glucose spike!Well done to the team that made this - it has everything I want in a cereal - crunchy, tasty and very satisfying. Usually I’m hungry a couple hours after breakfast and with crispy fantasy I felt full for many hours and had no glucose spike. It’s also a great little snack when I’m on the go and I love that I get my protein so easily. My favorites are the cinnamon and golden honey. Will definitely keep ordering !!! 😊

I used to really like MS cereal but found this and can confidently say this is better! The price is better and the texture doesn't get soggy or leave a weird film in your mouth. The nutrition is balanced and I like all of the flavors.

Nothing in the universe could entice me into putting another spoonful of this into my mouth. It’s crunchy and low carb, but it tastes awful.

The picture of the nutritional panel on the Amazon website CLEARLY shows that one cup or 36g cinnamon glaze cereal has 10g protein and 150 calories. The BOX, which has a peel-off sticker covering the nutritional panel, says 6g protein in 30g cereal and 118 calories. The sticker covering this says 7.2g protein in a one cup serving (grams unreadable) and 140 calories.There is also a mention of 28g protein, but when you ask the company they say they mean 20g protein per 100g cereal (about three servings).If you can't trust them about the protein content, how can you trust them at all?

I'm currently on a cut and always on the go, so quick meals are a lifesaver! A bowl of this with non-fat milk is the perfect balance of carbs and protein. I absolutely LOVE it and highly recommend it! Cinnamon Glaze and Double Chocolate are my favorites - 10/10!I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share for anyone thinking about trying this. I got the 4-pack to test it out, and I’m almost out already! Super tasty.
