Excellent value for money!
I bought this as a temporary replacement for my sons broken phone. The plan was buy him a new phone for Christmas and this one was just to fill a couple of weeks but my son loves this phone so much that he no longer wants an expensive Samsung phone! It's much better than we expected, it's got good storage and the camera is decent, it does everything that an expensive phone does, without the cost! It looks great too, has a large screen size and comes with a case and already fitted with a screen protector plus a spare one! I paid under ยฃ90 for this phone and it's an absolute bargain! My 11yr old son thinks it's marvellous, he can play all his mobile games, steam music and watch all the videos on YouTube and Tiktok. Overall, we are very pleased with this phone and would highly recommend!

It doesn't charge after a couple of months
I bought 5 Black view Wave Mobile phones less than a year ago. One didn't charge after 6 months, second started a bit after, but now totally unchargable, third is still charging but just one type of charging cable, about the fourth I don't have any information. Really disappointed, never ever will buy anything from this brand.

No uk repairs
Charging point failed after 7months no uk service repair and parts difficult to source was repaired eventually but charging took many hours

Cheap but not great.
Average. Can be glitchy. Constantly needed to clear cache on most used apps such as YouTube and Facebook. Camera is very poor-slow, poor quality, especially in low light. Don't bother using it at a gig. If taking a video then sound can be distorted.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Great size phone, very easy to use, smooth processing and the android works well with all standard apps. Very helpful customer service from the Blackview team. For the price, itโs a no brainer!

Not great
Why did you choose this product over others?: I had a blackview previously with no issues, this one is terrible, seems to have a mind of it's own, it may find itself going out the window, literally. I have reset it now 3 times with no change. Will try and live with it as I can't afford another phone right now, but when I do it won't be this make.
