Cheaply made and broke on first use.
Purified water and it didn’t work one time. Unfortunately I bought two—exact product from another vendor that one worked four times. I just tried this one today and it produced steam from the gun and bonnet (separately) for a total of 1 minute then died. My husband even tried to switch out the fuse from the first one that died. This is a horrible value given that I’m now outside of the window for return.

Device did not produce any steam.
The product did not produce any steam. I worked with the seller to troubleshoot to no avail. Unfortunately, I am returning it and have to eat the shipping cost. Keep in mind to have the product shipped to me it was $40. I’ve attached a video showing the issue.

Powerful steamer
I had used a couple of these steamers, I was really surprised how well this steamer worked. It works very well. It heats up enough to steam your hair with a very short time. No more spending a huge amount of money for a steam treatment at my local salon. You will enjoy this product.
