I have a specific more obscure health issue that I look for when I purchase such a book. This book did not cover the primary issue I am concerned with. That being said it is ideal for most people. It covers each health topic completely but very concisely. It does this much better than other books I have purchased. Again my health issue is very obscure and this book will cover everything for you unless you have that specific problem (which you probably don't).
