A pleasure working with Hiland's customer support team
I bought a second bike for my teenager this month due to his previous one being stolen off our front door. We had a lovely experience the first time and wanted to re-purchase from the same company. Unfortunately, our new bike was damaged during shipping, the front rim was bent and caused a squeaky noise. I reached out to the seller and they have been super responsive and helpful through this process. They have helped me obtain a replacement and have provided amazing customer service ! Let's hope our 2nd bike does not get stolen again but if that were to happen, we would order a second bike from this company. Thank you for your impeccable customer service !

Good quality for the money
Daughter loves the bike, seems good quality for the money and mostly assembled but instructions are not great and tool that came with it is useless. Still didn’t take me long by myself to assemble but was frustrating.

The first bike I received the frame was made wrong so HILAND Bikes sent me a new bike right away. I bought a bigger cushy seat for it after I read the reviews of the seat being hard. It rides great. The shifting is easy. The bike frame is sturdy. The frame is easy to get off of too. You can adjust the seat easily.

Honest seller and very well built bike!
Bike is beautiful and well made. The gear mechanism was bent when the bike arrived and the seller replaced immediately. Highly recommend this seller and bike!

Great Bike, Lousy seat.
Bike arrived in great condition. Was fairly easy to assemble with no issues. Small adjustment to brakes but everything else operated just fine. The only downside of this bike is the seat. It is extremely uncomfortable. After my first ride I immediately ordered a better seat. Absolutely enjoy riding it now. Would recommend this bike but be prepared to upgrade your seat.

Excellent Customer Service
I'm 5'4" and the 26" inch was too tall for me, even though the description said it would be ok. The company replaced it with a 24 inch for no additional cost, which is awesome. The only downside it the seat which is extremely uncomfortable. I replaced the seat in the 24 inch and the bike is awesome. Rides wonderful and is comfortable.
