They`re not as chunky as other slip on boots I have but they`re quite nice.Just slightly on the smaller size than others I have at the same size, unless the others were too generous ?!Either way, they fit just fine for the size ordered.I did find they gained something of a shine and went quite a bit darker in places after I waxed them but did *not* polish them - I was expecting them to stay on the matte side.They`re darker in reality when compared to some of the images online - I put this down to the intense and artificial studio lighting used for the promo shots. So be aware of this.I haven`t worn them often enough to realise how much give there will be or how they hold up butif any problems do arise I will report back if I remember.Edit: On only the 3rd wear, the coloured surface has scraped away in one place, like a big scratch leaving a much lighter colour underneath - this must have happened at the supermarket and can't even recall doing it.Update: 4/6/20They`ve worn in just fine and have give a little to match the size expected and I like them now better than my others.

This is my fourth pair of these boots . They are a great fit and really good quality boot for all occasions

As a farmer I wear boots whenever I can get out of wellies. I have had these before so Knew the size I needed. I was very pleased with the last ones as comfort is essential.

There not quite the colour I was expecting. They are more like dark Brown than Tan!
