fish filleting knifes
Got the knifes for fish filleting as I do a lot of fishing so I needed New knives and I think that the set is well made and will last a lot of years. very happy with them

Sharp and easy to handle
It's a little early to give a proper review yet so I will edit at a later date, but I like what I have seen so far. The filleting knife and the steel were my main reason for this purchase. The steel is really well put together and is fine enough to give a really good edge. The handles on the knives are made of one piece of some type of moulded plastic/polycarbonate type material. Haven't really tested the knives properly but the steel is really good. So good in fact that after using it to sharpen my existing knives my wife finished up in A&E. with a badly sliced finger. Hoping we get to use the BBQ again before winter creeps in because that's where I do most of my filleting

Just as it said on the tin. very flexible filleting knife, carving knife will be excellent for smoked salmon etc. the steel looks good but not tried yet due to the knives being nicely sharpened. an excellent set
