Great condition for low price.

The watch seems to work fine, battery life isn't great. I get one day out of it without really using it much.The worst is the band, I have never had so much trouble with any watch band as this one. It's awful, I had difficulty just attaching it to the watch and after many tries I finally did it. I thought the worst was over but then trying to adjust it and keep it on my wrist was my next problem. This is not a great design idea, you should be able to put your watch on in a matter of a second or two, perhaps for younger people it's no bother but for older folks they will not appreciate the difficulty. I bought this as a replacement for my older Samsung galaxy watch which has a traditional style silicone band that is more comfortable and super easy to wear. I have a Google cellphone which has been great so it connects with no issues of course.

I returned my first watch and received the second one and it works perfectly! Saved a lot of money by having it refurbished!

The only reason I bought this watch was to be able to get ECG. Either the watch or the Fitbit app are very unreliable for performing an ECG. It worked maybe half the time. There are many complaints about this on various websites and suggestions about how to try to make this work reliably. I tried them all. None of them produced a watch that reliably could do an ECG. Invariably when I thought I was in afib I would find the Fitbit ECG app would not work. It appeared to lose connection with the phone. Resetting the watch, resetting the phone, stopping and restarting Bluetooth, nothing worked. So if you want a watch for an ECG, I suggest you try something else besides Google pixel watch 2. I am sending it back.

This was taken right out of the cheap box they sent the watch in, the band is so messed up it took forever to try and get it to even fit right. They stated this was "excellent condition" which is hilarious, do not buy this watch, the battery life is absolutely horrible to! only good thing about this is the connectivity, theres no issues there, but of course they send me a watch that is so scratched up and messed up i cant even use it or hold a charge for more than 4 hours. Returning this right away!
