This heater worked great in dry climate Utah for a 12 x 24 foot INTEX Pool!
We have the 24 x 12 foot INTEX pool which we love. Last pool was a Costco one and it was too cold to use. This year we invested in this heater and it worked amazing! Even in Utah where it wasn't recommended due to the dry climate. All we wanted was it to be comfortable in May and early June and it sure did the trick! This pool holds 8,403 Gallons and this heater in May would heat it to the mid 80 to high 80s which was perfect! Now we only turn it on when we add more water as the solar cover keeps the heat up!We did have to invest to have an electrician set up the 220 voltage out by the pool. We almost went with a heater that was much higher BTU but a lot more $ as we were worried about Utah dry climate but this has been more than enough. The buttons to turn it on are a little annoying but not hard.Overall very impressed!

Great heater
I have a 12x24 above ground pool. It only took 2 days for this to heat my pool to 84 degrees. I am very happy with this pool heater. It seems to be a very good quality and let's you control the temperature. Love it!

Great Heater, Great People
This pool heat pump is working great for me in my 10,000 gallon pond. It keeps the water over 60 in winter which keeps some of my fish alive. Customer service with this company is outstanding! Nothing was wrong with my unit, but they gave me great guidance on how to fine tune it to suite my California climate and pool configuration. I bought two heaters from this company. Both are great.

Very pleased
Bought the 220v version which was a bit more expensive but has been incredible at getting to and holding temp. It takes two days to heat up, but we didn't notice a big jump in the power bill after using this heater for extending our swimming season. Much more reasonable than we thought. Take that into consideration when buying a model. We bought a larger model than needed for our pool.16' Doughboy ABG Pool~5000 gallons
