Well flavoured Cake

Need to bake properly
Not good at all, not properly baked. When you cut the cake it's powder inside. 👎👎

Dry and not Moist
The cake was quite dry, and not moist at all Besides, it tasted like halh baked wheat flower!! Alas, it does not live up to it's hype, and l am greatly disappointed with it. There is not enough raisins and dry plums in it. I was about to order one kilo tin, but l decided against it, and that was a good decision !! You guys kindly try Pandal Mattanchere cake Or the grand old rum cake by Telliygankal bakers available online. Paul Nadamkuzhy.

Smooth rich cake but weak on rum soaking
It is a delicious cake and complete value for money. I just felt that it lacked the intense fragrance one associates with rum soaked cakes. But tastes really good. It was so moist that it fell apart while slicing, even with a butter knife. Texture is as smooth as it can get. Really liked that there is NO tutti frutti. Good stuff!
