Excellent wheelchair. Arrived quickly. Very comfortable and robust. My husband has cancer which spread to his hip. Transporting him around is much more bearable for him to endure compared to the hospital wheelchairs. Very easy to assemble and fold away. Easy manoeuvring, good brake system. I got the 20 inch seat just to allow for extra comfort and he is 6,3. I'd need a narrower one for the house as it exceeds my narrow hallway. It is quite heavy lifting out the car. But i am very pleased with it and so is he.

I ordered this while we were already away from home for delivery to a touring caravan campsite. This was delivered on the earliest date quoted for delivery, so very pleased. It was well packed and easy to get into action. The wheels did need some additional air from the pump which is included and which attaches to the base of the seat. It has all terrain wheels which were certainly tested today around Bath on the uneven flagstone paths and steep hills. Anything more than a slight incline is something of an effort for the person pushing the wheelchair, and I doubt that I would be able to propel myself more than a couple of yards. I am in my mid 60's and I need this as I cannot walk very far before becoming breathless & exhausted, so I am not unable to walk. The adjustable armrests are great as I am short (under 5') so being able to have these at the lowest possible position is more comfortable. This wheelchair folds up easily by pushing the two sides together to be lifted into the car. With a smaller car, the wheels detach easily and would then take up less room. We have used it to visit National Trust properties which in spite of having a Blue Badge, I am unable to walk around the grounds, and for shopping in Bath and smaller towns. I would not use it in a supermarket as I manage very well holding on to a shopping trolley and I have left the wheelchair with my husband outside other shops while I walk inside. We took it folded into a cafe and also a restaurant and both places had room for it to be near our table. This might be a consideration if you want to use it to get somewhere but there is nowhere to lodge it, if you take it with you. It is moderately expensive so if it is left outside, someone might look on it as an easily saleable item. My husband would have preferred that the handgrips' had brakes like a bicycle and I have to be ready to apply the on/off break on each wheel if we are on a hill. Crossing busy streets/roads using lowered kerbs did feel a bit dicey and if going up a kerb I am shot backwards to an alarming degree. On balance, we are delighted with this and it has enabled us to get about shopping & sightseeing much easier than previously. In the short time we have had this (less than a week) it has paid for itself! It also looks not so hideous as many wheelchairs and other aids to mobility which is a huge plus. My husband has a Brompton Bike and has a zipped/lockable bag with wheels for moving the folded bike around and for leaving in left luggage type places. Something like this would be a good add on in many circumstances. VERY PLEASED!

I love the look of this, light easily foldable. Only downside is the R/H tyre catches the arm rest when down with knobbly tyres. I’ve since changed the knobbly tyres to city tyres which makes the chair quicker and eliminates the catching.

Comfortable nice design ordered 20”seat for comfort only problem it doesn’t fit through doors inside the house or the front door , ok for us as mainly needed outside but if looking to buy for indoor use too then maybe choose another Tyres are inflatable with inner tubes but look tough

Excellent robust chair. As a first-time chair user, I needed something strong, easy to propel, and basically idiot-proof, and this is great. Haven't used it over rough ground, but it handles bumpy, poorly-maintained pavements just fine. Be aware though, that if you get the 20 inch frame, the extra chunky tyres make the whole thing just over 30 inches wide. This can be a problem with some domestic doors. The handles for the brakes stick out even further, and can catch. It DOESN'T fit up some ramps that London black cabs now have (the type with 'wings' that lift up). It ONLY JUST fits up the ramps that they use to get you onto trains. As is intended as an outdoor rough terrain chair, I'm not going to count this against it though. (The 'version with normal wheels from the same company has a total width of 28 inches, and the same weight tolerance, so you might want to consider that instead)
