Got this for my wife, she's been asking for one for a while.I guess her friends all have one and rave about it. I'm not sure the science behind it but she says it's improved her skin health and it was easy to setup. It doens't give off a lot of heat, but supposedly is tuned with red leds to make your skin more healthy and benefit from some research. Overall it's a good gift for people who like to take care of their skin. So for that, 5 star.

The media could not be loaded. Ever since my shoulder surgery, I have had days when my shoulder is sore and very painful. Bought this infrared which comes with a stand so I can sit on the couch and easily direct the light on my shoulder to eleviate the pain.Very easy to operate which adjustable position. The infrared itself is quite large. I use it every night, and my shoulder feel so much better

This is the most amazing red light therapy I have found on a budget to use at home. I recently got this for my special needs daughter to help with all her scars because she is a skin picker. For review purposes I let my other daughter show it off. I would highly recommend this for people who want to improve circulation and many other health benefits. Surprisingly it came with extras including eye glasses.

feels extremely cheap while setting up. the light "band" velcros to a plastic plate which becomes the light panel. would not order again.
